🟢 You have previous sales experience; this is not mandatory but could be an advantage;
🟢 You have good negotiation skills and master sales techniques;
🟢 You have a strong desire to work in the business events industry and specially to pursue a career in sales;
🟢 You are able to prioritize and manage your time effectively and are a confident, motivated and ambitious multi-tasker;
🟢 You have good communication skills in Romanian and English as well as working with MS Office, Outlook, Teams;
🟢 You have the ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, social media – LinkedIn at all levels of the organization (operational staff, managers, business owners).
Job Description
Filling the Sales Executive position, you will be responsible for:
✅ Contacting potential clients in order to attract them as partners for events organized by Universul Juridic, as well as to sell special projects;
✅ Analysing the market and monitoring it in order to be up to date with what is happening in the business events market;
✅ Implement and develop business strategy;
✅ Implementation and development of business strategy;
✅ Building and maintaining long-term relationships with all the customers in the portfolio you will create;
✅ Understanding customer needs and proposing specific promotion options.
