The Faculty of Law of the Transilvania University of Brasov is hosting the International Conference „Current Issues within EU and EU Member States Legal Framework” as part of the festivities dedicated to celebrating the centenary of the Great Union.

On this occasion, we invite you to attend the second edition of the Conference which will take place between 09 – 10 November 2018, starting from 10 a.m., in the „Emil Poenaru” Hall at the Faculty of Law.

Publication opportunities:
Each participant can submit one paper as first author or as co-author. The paper will be written in English. Full papers which have been through peer review process and are accepted will be published later this year in a special issue of Bulletin of Transilvania University of Brașov Series VII: Social Sciences • Law (http://webbut.unitbv.ro/bulletin/Series%20VII/Series%20VII.html). The Journal is indexed in EBSCO Publishing DataBase, CEEOL and ProQuest Central.

The Scientific Committee reserves the right to refuse to accept papers that do not fall within the thematic area of the Conference or which do not meet the requirements of scientific evaluation. Acceptance of the paper for presentation at the conference means that the work will also be published only to the extent that it also fulfills the journal’s formal and substantive criteria. For review purposes the journal may require the Romanian version of the article, so please make it available if asked.
